Directions |
1. Suspend 37.5g in 1 litre of distilled water. 2. Bring to the boil to dissolve completely. 3.Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. 4. Cool to 60°C and shake the medium in order to oxidise the methylene blue (i.e. restore its blue colour) and to suspend the precipitate which is an essential part of the medium. | ||||
